Our policy does not offer any kind of refund for any of our services Online/Offline under any circumstances. However, the user can postpone his/her online/Offline training programs ONLY ONCE to the next available schedule (as per his/her convenience) on approval by our Administration Team 7 days prior to the program.
Refunds (if applicable)
In case of any extra/double payment for the same service, you have to contact with our Administration Team stating the reason for the refund.
If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed through the original method of payment within a certain amount of days after deducting the system and the management cost.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact with our Administration Team.
